For one month, Red (better known as Hong Yi) played with her food. She made creative designs with every-day foods like radishes, eggs, and cherry tomatoes. She met her goal of creating a little bit of everything such as landscapes, animals, and pieces reflecting pop culture. This projects seems to be pretty popular so, if you haven’t seen it yet, check it out on Facebook and read an interview on designboom. Yi also has an Instagram account @redhongyi that you can follow her on.
What do you think? Would you have the patience to do this?

WOW! Thank you for sharing dear Megan, this is amazing. Love, nia
Thanks! I would never have the patience for that, but it does look pretty awesome!
I love the first one with the balloons and the owl, but wow! I’m not sure I’d have the skill or patience to do this. Kudos to her, such detail!
I’m with you! I don’t think I would have the patience to do it either. Super talented though!
I would have the patience since it’s so awesome but not the creativity.
You could learn that. I’m not sure that you can learn patience to that extent. So you have a leg up!
Love this and may just have to try it! 🙂
Definitely take pictures if you do!
