Stuck at Prom Scholarship Content
This is the coolest scholarship I’ve ever seen! Students are encouraged to create prom dresses and tuxes with duct tape. If they had this scholarship when I was in high school (provided I knew about it), I would’ve been all over that! Anyway, the winner(s) receive $10,000. You can apply solo or as a couple. Applicants have to submit a photo of themselves in their prom attire to be considered. The finalists are chosen based on workmanship, originality, use of color, accessories, and use of duct tape. It is unbelievable, the talent that goes into these prom outfits! Take a look at the gallery; there are a ton of couples and singles that have created dresses and tuxes for the scholarship.
What a way to bond with your prom date. Not to mention, these kids probably saved themselves, or their parents, hundreds of dollars. Who needs designer dresses anyway?!

Well, I’ve never made them, but if I were going to, I would start with clothing and tape over it so it wouldn’t be sticky. I’m not sure how they made theirs though.

Glowy one’s my favourite. They are cool though. Although, it brings new meaning to “Stuck on you”. Or “are you taping this?” “A sticky situation?” hehe
