It’s been an interesting few weeks for everyone, hasn’t it? Coronavirus is changing the way we live and I want to acknowledge that, but I don’t want to focus on negative things. I hope you are all safe and healthy at home and are doing your best to entertain yourselves. My craft this week is to keep you positive.
I’ve made a mountain bracelet to remind myself of the things that make me happy. In this case, that’s hiking, camping, being outdoors, etc. Read the whole post
I usually post a single DIY project every Monday. But, sometimes you just need ideas. A compilation of DIYs to get your inspiration flowing. Today, that inspiration is jewelry projects, earrings to be more specific.
Over the course of the past 6 years, I’ve made a bunch of my own earrings. Here are my favorites, that I still wear, by the way!

Hi. It’s been quite a while, hasn’t it? I feel like I need to re-introduce myself or something. I promise I’m not abandoning Make Something Mondays, but it’s been a crazy 2 months. Unfortunately, I threw the sand bottle in my mom’s suitcase before we got on the plane and she took it home with her, which is about an hour and a half from my home in Pittsburgh. This past weekend I was able to get it back and start my beach craft project. Read the whole post
As many of you know, I am a bookworm. I read whenever I have a chance. And not just on the modern eReader, but physical books as well. I’m always thinking about ways to make new bookmarks. It’s a fun hobby.

Just about every year I make a lists of gifts to get the man in your life for Valentine’s Day. Why not one for her too? Sometimes I do, but I usually stick to the boyfriend gifts because it’s harder to buy for him. (AND we don’t appreciate men very much during this holiday. We should work on that.) Guys don’t give you hints and they don’t care where you go to eat as long as there isn’t a crazy wait. Read the whole post
