I hate cooking… and baking. I am probably the least domesticated female you will ever meet. BUT I am creative.
Today, someone was talking about peanut butter and banana sandwiches and it made me want bananas. Sooo when I got home I made banana bites. I’m sure there is something else like this out there somewhere but this one is my version. These are SO yummy and actually pretty good for you (if you don’t eat a million of them). Moderation is key guys!
What You Will Need:
Bananas
Peanut Butter
Special K Protein Plus cereal
Step 1:
Pour some cereal in a small bowl and crush it until the flakes are more like crumbs.
Step 2:
Chop up your banana in to bite sized pieces.
Step 3:
Using a knife, smear the sides of the banana with peanut butter.
Step 4:
Dip your smeared banana into the crumbs. Make sure its covered 🙂
Step 5:
Refrigerate (optional)

I love bananas dipped in dark chocolate and placed in the freezer to chill – easy to make like your recipe.
