Just the other day I was thinking that I am losing my creative edge. Then I realized, I’m not losing it, the focus of my creativity has just changed. When we are kids our creative focus is in the imaginary world in which we play, but as we get older that focus turns to more practical creativity. Without creativity we would not be advancing as quickly as we are in technology, science, and medicine.
Yes, exactly! As we age our creativity is used for more functional purposes. It is nice to revert back occasionally though. I think the imaginary creativity is the most enjoyable!
