In the past few years, I’ve accumulated numerous cords and chargers, as I’m sure many of you have. I used to store them in a basket, but that got messy quickly. Every time I wanted one I’d have to untangle several. That’s obviously not an effective storage solution.
I decided to upcycle a cardboard box and some toilet paper rolls to design a better option. So far, it seems to be working pretty well. I haven’t had to untangle anything, which is just wonderful. Read the whole post

I’ve been quite busy so I decided to take short break from crafting and blogging. Last weekend was my boyfriend’s sister’s college graduation (yay!) and this past week I was traveling for work, so I felt like I needed a mental health day.
You should take one, too, if you haven’t in a while. Maybe sketch, walk or take a mini vacation.
Do you know that there’s a whole exciting world of Duct Tape crafts out there? I learned about all of the possibilities a few years ago when I heard about the Duct Tape Prom scholarship, but there’s so much more than that. Get on Pinterest and search “duct tape crafts”. It is insane what you can do with it.

After I finished taking my pictures for these DIY pins, I was talking to my boyfriend and not paying any attention to what I was doing. I stuck my camera card into the CD slot in my laptop instead of the camera card slot and it disappeared. I was freaking out. How the heck am I going to get this thing out of my computer??? Christmas is almost here and I’m betting there are a few of you who haven’t put all of your decorations on your tree yet. If not, you should make these glitter Christmas ball ornaments. It’s a super easy DIY project and you can even do it with your kids. You’re going to have a big glitter mess with, or without them, so you should just enjoy the bonding experience.
